6. Wonder.
Wonder in my experience is almost non existent. Ever since Barney would tell me to imagine something and it would come real on TV and not in real life, I didn't like to use my imagination. I feel like wondering or using your imagination is useless. Yes, it helps with creativity and maybe your thinking process, but besides that, your just wasting time. If I was 6 years old, I would have approached this assignment differently in the sense that I wouldn't have wanted to imagine a stationary object doing something because I knew I would be dissapointed that it wouldn't happen. Now, on the other hand, I can imagine anything I want because I know that it's not going to happen so I'm free to imagine to my fullest ability.

"Free".
An experience where I felt free was when me and Amara went on a road trip to UMES by ourselves. The reason I felt so free was because we didn't have any parents around and it was just a great day. We had the windows down and the music blasting and it was just my exact idea of freedom.

What Is Water.
David Foster Wallace starts off his speech talking about how everyone is self centered. No one really talks much about their self-centeredness because its mainly frowned upon. He then talks about how if you learn how to turn off that default "everything is about me" setting then you will be able to see things differently.

What Makes Me Happy :)
What
will make me happy? Well, there are a lot of things that would make me happy.
The main thing that would make me happy is to make the world a better place. I
know that sounds cliché, but I would really be happy if I could go throughout
life without worrying about getting shot, robbed, or rape. Along with criminal
aspect, but I would be happy if health changed. I wouldn’t have to worry about
getting sick or anybody else getting sick. I love when everyone is happy and
just enjoying life without worries or issues, so if everyone is happy then so
am I . Another thing that would make me happy would be to change my appearance.
If I could, I would go from being 5’0 to 5’3 and then to change the size of my
head so that it fits my new height. I would also make my hair longer and
naturally curly and also make it so that I had 20/20 vision so that I wouldn’t have
to be bothered with glasses, contacts, or laser eye surgery.
Aside
from my appearance, changing things emotionally would also make me happy. I
wish I wasn’t such a people pleaser or just a really nice person in general. I
also wish I was more affectionate with my family because it makes me feel
distant from them. What would also make me happy is to find the love of my life
now instead of going through different relationships to find the “one”. When I
do find that one, I want us to have romantic dates and just have that ideal
relationship with minimum arguing. What would also make happy would be to keep
my parents happy. Sometimes I’m not the best daughter and I would make me happy
to know that they are always proud of me and never disappointed. I would be a
straight A students and have all my priorities straight so they wouldn’t have
to tell me anything.
The last
important thing that would make me happy is to know for a fact that I’m going
to heaven. That should be an easy thing to be happy about because all you have
to do is follow his rules and then you know for sure. The only thing is that
following the rules is the bad part. It’s hard not to lie, cheat, steal,
dishonor your parents, etc. It’s also hard to keep in touch with Christian
morals. For example, this generation is known for not waiting until marriage to
have sex. We know were supposed to wait but our morals are all messed up. If I
could just be a faithful Christian and not worry about others and just my
relationship with God, then I would know
that I’m going to heaven and that would make me happy.

Introducing Me.
I am Bria. I am 17 and my birthday is in March. I am older than my brother and I'm a dancer. I like to believe that I'm very funny and nice. I am a very hard working person and I love to make people laugh. I am the type of person who loves to keep the peace and I prefer to be liked by everyone. I tend to be a people pleaser, but I also have a mind of my own.
What is most valuable to me in life is what God and my parents think about me. This is valuable to me because they are the most important people in my life. My parents were the ones who brought me into this world and they do many things for me so I should be able to do what they want me to do and make them proud. Wanting to make God proud is most valuable to me because to me that's the purpose of life. My religious background is Christianity and my personal beliefs are that there is a heaven and a hell and that following the rules in the Bible is the way to get to heaven. This is important to me because my goal is to get to heaven and to follow the rules of the Bible as best as I can. My cultural background is African american and its important to me because it shows my heritage and where I came from.
What I hope for is to live life to its fullest in the right way. I hope for a wonderful job, a loving family, and a healthy relationship with God. I hope to be successful and to be able to take care of my family's needs in anyway possible. I also hope to have a good relationship with my parents as they get older and to not get distant like some families do. I also hope to have made good decisions throughout my life so that I will be happy with the way I live.
